The power unit check valve (also called non-return valve) is a key component for controlling the one-way flow of fluids. It can prevent hydraulic oil, compressed air and other media from flowing back in reverse, ensuring system safety. It automatically opens and closes based on the fluid pressure difference: the valve core is opened in the forward direction to conduct the flow, and the valve core fits the valve seat to block the flow in the reverse direction.
It has the characteristics of automatic operation, good sealing, simple structure and strong durability. It is divided into ordinary one-way valves (tube/plate connection, steel ball/cone valve core) and hydraulic one-way valves (reverse conduction can be achieved through the control oil port), which are suitable for different pressure and temperature conditions and are widely used in hydraulic, pneumatic systems and industrial and medical equipment.
