MAIN FEATURES INCLUDE:

- Multifunctional hydraulic control: The power unit of forward moving stacker is equipped with two control systems. One set controls the single-acting cylinder for lifting and lowering the stacker, and the other controls the double-acting cylinder to achieve the movement of the stacker in four directions: front, back, left, and right. With this design, the height and lateral and longitudinal movement of the stacker can be controlled at the same time, greatly improving the flexibility and efficiency of operation.
- Motor power selection: The motor power ranges from 2.2kW to 4kW. Users can choose the appropriate power configuration according to the load and operation requirements of the stacker to ensure efficient and stable operation of the system.
- Descent speed adjustment: Three descending speed options are provided: single speed, dual speed and proportional speed regulation. Users can choose the most suitable descending method according to the specific application scenario to ensure a smooth lifting process and avoid vibration or instability caused by too fast descent.
- Tank material selection: The power unit of forward moving stacker provides iron tank and plastic tank options. Iron tanks are suitable for long-term high-load work and have stronger durability, while plastic tanks are suitable for scenarios with requirements for weight and flexibility, reducing the overall weight.
- Efficient motor and valve control design: The system can be configured with DC carbon brush motors or brushless motors according to needs. The latter has higher stability and lower maintenance requirements during long-term use. The plug-in hydraulic valve provides more precise fluid control, improving the operating accuracy and reliability of the stacker.
- Multi-purpose control: This hydraulic unit not only controls the lifting and lowering of the stacker, but also adjusts the movement in four directions of front, back, left and right, greatly enhancing the flexibility of the stacker in a small space, and is suitable for high-density operating environments such as warehousing and logistics.

This hydraulic power unit is designed for forward moving stackers and can provide efficient and stable power support to meet various high-intensity, precision-controlled work needs. SPECIAL NOTES

The power unit is an S3 working system and can not operate continuously· It starts in 10 seconds and stops in 90 seconds.
Before installation, ensure that hydraulic components such as the oil cylinder, oil pipe, and joint are free of impurities.
The viscosity of hydraulic oil shall be 15 - 68st. No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil is recommended in summer, and No. 32 low-temperature hydraulic oil is recommended in winter.
After starting the operating system for the first time, check whether the oil in the oil tank is sufficient, generally 2 / 3 of the oil tank.
After the system is used for the first 100 hours, the hydraulic oil shall be replaced, and then the hydraulic oil shall be replaced every 3000 hours.
