This hydraulic power unit is specially designed for the forward stacker. It is integrated by a high-pressure gear pump, a DC Carbon brush or brushless...
See DetailsSometimes hydraulic systems may encounter some problems, which many customers find difficult to troubleshoot. This is due to people's lack of understanding of the working principle of hydraulic systems. Therefore, we need to take targeted measures and strive to improve our knowledge of hydraulic systems. Here is a brief introduction to everyone.
The main systems of a hydraulic system are the hydraulic device drive system, hydraulic pump station, and hydraulic device. It supplies oil according to the requirements of the drive device (main engine) and controls the direction, pressure, and flow rate of the oil flow. It is suitable for various hydraulic machinery where the main engine and hydraulic device can be separated. After purchasing, users only need to connect the hydraulic station to the actuator (oil cylinder and oil motor) on the host through oil pipes, and the hydraulic machinery can achieve various specified actions and work cycles. A hydraulic station is composed of a pump device, an integrated block or valve combination, an oil tank, and an electrical box combination. The functions of each component are as follows: pump device - equipped with a motor and an oil pump, it is the power source of the hydraulic station, converting mechanical energy into hydraulic oil power energy. Integrated block - is composed of hydraulic valves and channel bodies. It regulates the direction, pressure, and flow of hydraulic oil. Valve combination - It is a plate valve installed on a vertical plate, connected to the pipe behind the plate, and has the same function as the integrated block. Fuel tank - a semi closed container welded with steel plates, equipped with oil filters, air filters, etc. It is used for storing oil, cooling oil, and filtering. Electrical box - divided into two forms. A terminal board for setting external leads; One is equipped with a complete set of control appliances.
The working principle of a hydraulic station is as follows: the motor drives the oil pump to rotate, and the pump sucks oil from the oil pump and pumps it, converting mechanical energy into pressure energy of hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil is adjusted in direction, pressure, and flow rate by the hydraulic valve through the integrated block (or valve combination), and then transmitted to the hydraulic machine's cylinder or oil motor through the external pipeline, thereby controlling the direction change, force magnitude, and speed of the hydraulic machine, and driving various hydraulic machines to do work.
